1. 适用范围

本隐私政策适用于 NFM（NAS 文件管理器，以下简称“本应用”）。本应用用于连接用户自行管理或有权访问的 SMB、WebDAV 网络存储，并提供文件浏览、传输、预览、搜索、收藏、视频压缩和系统分享功能。

2. 核心隐私原则

本应用不要求注册 NFM 账号，不提供开发者云盘，也不通过开发者服务器中转用户文件。NAS 连接和文件传输由用户设备直接与用户配置的 NAS 进行。发行主体无法查看用户的 NAS 密码、目录或文件内容。

本应用不包含广告 SDK，不进行跨应用跟踪，不出售用户数据，也不使用用户文件进行广告、画像或机器学习训练。

3. 设备本地处理的数据

为提供功能，本应用可能在设备上处理和保存：

NAS 名称、协议、地址、用户名和连接偏好；
由 iOS Keychain 或 Android Keystore 保护的 NAS 密码本地副本；
收藏目录、界面设置和上次使用状态；
文件名、路径、大小、修改日期和传输进度；
下载、预览、缩略图、压缩和系统分享产生的临时文件或缓存；
经过脱敏的本地诊断事件和任务恢复记录。

上述数据默认不发送给发行主体。用户可以在应用内删除连接、缓存、诊断和传输记录，也可以通过操作系统删除本应用及全部本地数据。

4. 用户 NAS 与文件传输

当用户执行浏览、搜索、上传、下载、复制、移动、删除、重命名或预览时，本应用会按用户指令与其配置的 NAS 通信。NAS 服务的运营者、网络环境、安全策略和数据保留由用户或相应 NAS 管理员负责。

HTTPS WebDAV 可以加密传输内容。HTTP WebDAV 不提供传输加密，本应用会显示风险提示。SMB 链路的加密能力取决于 NAS、SMB 版本和服务器设置。用户通过公网访问 NAS 时应优先使用 HTTPS、VPN 或其他可信加密网络。

本应用仅在用户主动操作时访问其选择的照片、视频或文件：

选择上传内容；
将下载的照片或视频保存到相册；
从其他应用分享文件到 NFM；
将 NAS 文件下载到本地后分享给其他应用。

系统分享产生的本地暂存副本会在任务被接受、取消或用户清理后删除。分享给其他应用后，对方应用如何处理文件由其自身隐私政策约束。

6. 视频压缩

视频压缩在用户设备本地执行。压缩源文件和输出文件不会发送给发行主体；只有用户确认上传后，输出文件才会发送到用户选择的 NAS 目录。临时文件会按照任务完成、取消和清理规则删除。

7. 诊断信息

本应用可在设备本地记录有限的运行和传输诊断事件，用于显示错误、恢复任务和协助排查问题。诊断导出会尽量隐藏 NAS 地址、用户名、完整路径、文件名、凭据和认证信息。

诊断信息不会自动上传。只有用户主动选择导出并通过系统分享发送时，接收方才能获得该文件。用户应在发送前确认接收方可信。

8. 权限说明

本地网络和 Bonjour：用于发现和连接局域网 NAS。
照片和视频：用于选择上传内容或保存下载媒体。
通知：用于显示后台压缩和传输进度。
前台服务与 WakeLock：用于 Android 设备上的长时间压缩和传输。
App Group：用于 iOS Share Extension 与主应用之间传递用户主动分享的文件。

拒绝非必要权限不会影响与该权限无关的功能，但相关保存、选择、发现或后台提示能力可能不可用。

9. 第三方组件

本应用使用开源组件实现界面、SMB/WebDAV 连接、文件预览和视频处理。这些组件随应用在设备本地运行。NFM 不含广告、行为分析或开发者远程崩溃上报 SDK。

Apple、Google 及设备厂商可能按照其自身条款处理应用商店、系统权限、系统分享、通知和崩溃诊断数据，这些系统级处理不由本应用控制。

10. 数据保留与删除

本地连接、收藏、设置和任务记录会保留到用户删除相应记录或清除应用数据。预览、缩略图、下载中间文件、压缩产物和分享暂存文件按缓存上限、任务状态及用户清理操作管理。

由于发行主体不运营用户账号或文件服务器，发行主体通常不持有可供远程删除的用户数据。用户需要删除 NAS 中的文件时，应在本应用或 NAS 管理界面中操作。

11. 儿童隐私

本应用面向需要管理自有或获授权 NAS 的普通用户，不专门面向儿童，也不会故意收集儿童个人信息。

12. 政策变更与联系

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to NFM (NAS File Manager, the “App”). The App connects to SMB and WebDAV storage that the user owns, administers, or is authorized to access, and provides file browsing, transfer, preview, search, favorites, video compression, and system sharing features.

2. Core Privacy Principles

The App does not require an NFM account, provide developer-operated cloud storage, or relay user files through developer servers. NAS connections and file transfers occur directly between the user’s device and the NAS configured by the user. The publisher cannot view the user’s NAS password, directories, or file contents.

The App contains no advertising SDK, does not track users across apps, does not sell user data, and does not use user files for advertising, profiling, or machine-learning training.

3. Data Processed on the Device

To provide its features, the App may process and store locally:

NAS names, protocols, addresses, usernames, and connection preferences;
a local copy of NAS passwords protected by iOS Keychain or Android Keystore;
favorite directories, interface settings, and recent state;
file names, paths, sizes, modification dates, and transfer progress;
temporary files or caches created for downloads, previews, thumbnails, compression, and system sharing;
redacted local diagnostic events and task recovery records.

This data is not sent to the publisher by default. Users can remove connections, caches, diagnostics, and transfer records in the App, or remove the App and all local data through the operating system.

4. NAS Connections and File Transfers

When a user browses, searches, uploads, downloads, copies, moves, deletes, renames, or previews content, the App communicates with the NAS configured by that user. The user or relevant NAS administrator is responsible for the NAS operator, network environment, security settings, and data retention.

HTTPS WebDAV can encrypt data in transit. HTTP WebDAV is not encrypted, and the App displays a warning. SMB transport encryption depends on the NAS, SMB version, and server settings. For access over public networks, users should prefer HTTPS, a VPN, or another trusted encrypted connection.

The App accesses only photos, videos, or files that the user actively selects in order to:

select content for upload;
save downloaded photos or videos to the photo library;
share files from another app into NFM; or
download NAS files locally and share them with another app.

Local staging copies created for system sharing are removed when a task is accepted, canceled, or cleared by the user. Files shared with another app are then handled under that app’s privacy policy.

6. Video Compression

Video compression runs locally on the user’s device. Source and output files are not sent to the publisher. An output file is sent only to the NAS directory selected by the user after the user confirms the upload. Temporary files are removed according to task completion, cancellation, and cleanup rules.

7. Diagnostics

The App may keep a limited local history of runtime and transfer diagnostic events to display errors, restore tasks, and help troubleshoot issues. Exported diagnostics omit NAS addresses, usernames, full paths, file names, credentials, and authentication information.

Diagnostics are never uploaded automatically. A recipient can receive a diagnostic file only when the user explicitly exports and sends it through the system share sheet. Users should verify the recipient before sending.

8. Permissions

Local Network and Bonjour: discover and connect to NAS devices on the local network.
Photos and Videos: select uploads or save downloaded media.
Notifications: show background compression and transfer progress.
Foreground Service and WakeLock: support long-running compression and transfer tasks on Android.
App Group: transfer files explicitly shared by the user between the iOS Share Extension and the main App.

Declining a nonessential permission does not affect unrelated features, but the related save, selection, discovery, or background status feature may be unavailable.

9. Third-Party Components

The App uses open-source components for its interface, SMB/WebDAV connections, document previews, and video processing. These components run as part of the App on the user’s device. NFM does not include advertising, behavioral analytics, or developer-operated remote crash-reporting SDKs.

Apple, Google, and device manufacturers may process store, system permission, system sharing, notification, and crash diagnostic data under their own terms. Such operating-system processing is outside the App’s control.

10. Retention and Deletion

Local connections, favorites, settings, and task records remain until the user removes the relevant record or clears the App’s data. Preview files, thumbnails, partial downloads, compression outputs, and shared staging files are managed according to cache limits, task state, and user cleanup actions.

Because the publisher does not operate user accounts or file servers, the publisher generally holds no user data that can be deleted remotely. To delete files stored on a NAS, users should use the App or the NAS administration interface.

11. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for general users who manage NAS storage they own or are authorized to access. It is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
