1. 协议范围
本协议由用户与 台州市龙天云天龙科技有限公司（以下简称“我们”）订立，适用于 NFM（NAS 文件管理器，以下简称“本应用”）的下载、安装和使用。
本应用用于连接用户拥有、管理或获得授权访问的 SMB/WebDAV 存储，提供文件浏览、搜索、预览、传输、复制、移动、视频压缩和系统分享等功能。
2. 许可和发行渠道条款
在用户遵守本协议、适用法律和获取渠道规则的前提下，我们授予用户一项有限的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，允许用户在自己拥有或控制的兼容设备上安装和使用本应用。
通过 Apple App Store 获取本应用时，还应遵守 Apple 当时有效的 Standard EULA 和相关商店规则；通过 Google Play 获取时，还应遵守 Google Play 的适用条款。
通过中国大陆的安卓应用市场获取本应用时，包括华为应用市场、小米应用商店、荣耀应用市场、OPPO 软件商店、vivo 应用商店、腾讯应用宝等，还应遵守相应市场当时有效的用户协议、使用规则和分发条款。通过其他合法应用商店或发行渠道获取时，同样应遵守相应渠道的适用条款。
如果渠道条款与本协议存在冲突，该渠道关于下载、安装、更新、支付、退款或设备使用范围的强制规则优先适用；其他事项仍以本协议和适用法律为准。应用商店和发行渠道不因此成为本协议的签约方，也不承担超出其自身条款或适用法律规定的产品支持责任。
3. 用户授权和责任
用户确认：
- 仅连接自己拥有、管理或获得明确授权的 NAS、共享和账号；
- 对使用本应用执行的上传、下载、复制、移动、重命名和删除操作负责；
- 不使用本应用侵犯他人的知识产权、隐私、商业秘密或其他合法权益；
- 不利用本应用实施未经授权访问、恶意扫描、破坏、传播违法内容或其他违法活动。
4. NAS、网络和第三方服务
本应用不提供开发者运营的云存储、NAS 账号或文件中转服务。用户设备会按用户操作直接与用户配置的 NAS 通信。NAS 可用性、容量、权限、协议支持、服务器软件及其数据处理由用户或相应服务提供者负责。
用户应优先使用 HTTPS WebDAV、VPN 或可信网络。HTTP WebDAV 不加密传输；SMB 的传输加密取决于 NAS、SMB 版本和服务器设置。使用自签名证书、明文协议或公共网络可能增加数据被窃听或篡改的风险。
5. 数据、凭据与隐私
NAS 连接信息、凭据、设置、传输记录和缓存主要在用户设备本地处理。NAS 密码由 iOS Keychain 或 Android Keystore 保护。详细的数据处理规则见 NFM 隐私政策。
用户应妥善保护设备和 NAS 账号。如设备丢失、账号泄露或 NAS 配置异常，应及时修改凭据并检查访问记录。
6. 文件操作、缓存和备份
网络中断、服务器限制、权限变更、存储空间不足、系统后台限制或应用被终止，都可能导致操作暂停或失败。本应用会在支持的场景保留断点或临时文件，但不代替数据备份。
用户应在执行批量、删除、移动、覆盖风险较高或不可逆操作前保持独立备份，并在传输完成后核对关键文件。
7. 视频压缩和文件预览
视频压缩在用户设备上执行，输出质量、耗时和兼容性取决于源文件、用户选项、设备编解码能力和系统资源。文档预览可能因格式、文件大小、密码保护或渲染器限制而不可用，不应视为原生办公软件的完全替代。
8. 更新、中断和终止
我们可能为修复问题、提高安全性或适配操作系统而更新本应用。部分功能可能因操作系统、应用商店、第三方组件或 NAS 协议变化而调整或停止。
用户可随时停止使用并卸载本应用。如用户严重或持续违反本协议，我们可在法律允许的范围内终止其许可。
9. 免责和责任限制
本应用按现状提供。在适用法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对用户 NAS、网络、第三方服务或用户操作造成的中断、内容变化或数据丢失作出超出法定要求的保证。
本条不排除或限制适用法律下不得排除或限制的消费者权利、人身伤害责任、故意或重大过失责任。
10. 知识产权与开源组件
本应用及其品牌、界面和自有代码的权利归我们或相应权利人所有。本应用包含按各自许可证提供的开源组件；对这些组件，相应开源许可条款优先适用。
11. 协议变更与联系
如功能、法律要求或发行方式发生变化，我们可更新本协议并修改生效日期。如变更会实质影响用户权利，将按适用法律提供合理提示。

1. Scope
This Agreement is between the user and 台州市龙天云天龙科技有限公司 (“we” or “us”) and governs the download, installation, and use of NFM (NAS File Manager, the “App”). The App connects to SMB and WebDAV storage that the user owns, administers, or is authorized to access.
The App provides file browsing, search, preview, transfer, copy, move, video compression, and system sharing features.
2. License and Distribution Terms
Subject to this Agreement, applicable law, and the rules of the distribution channel, we grant the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on compatible devices the user owns or controls.
Copies obtained through the Apple App Store are also subject to Apple’s then-current Standard EULA and applicable store rules. Copies obtained through Google Play are also subject to the applicable Google Play terms.
Copies obtained through an Android app market in mainland China, including HUAWEI AppGallery, Xiaomi App Store, HONOR App Market, OPPO App Market, vivo App Store, Tencent App Store (应用宝), and similar markets, are also subject to that market’s then-current user agreement, usage rules, and distribution terms. Copies obtained through another lawful app store or distribution channel are likewise subject to that channel’s applicable terms.
If channel terms conflict with this Agreement, the channel’s mandatory rules concerning download, installation, updates, payment, refunds, or permitted device use will govern those matters. This Agreement and applicable law continue to govern all other matters. An app store or distribution channel does not become a party to this Agreement and has no product-support obligation beyond its own terms or applicable law.
3. Authorized Use
Users must:
- connect only to NAS systems, shares, and accounts they own, administer, or are expressly authorized to access;
- take responsibility for file operations they initiate, including uploads, downloads, copies, moves, renames, and deletions;
- not use the App to infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, or other rights; and
- not use the App for unauthorized access, malicious scanning, destructive activity, unlawful content, or other unlawful activity.
4. NAS, Networks, and Third Parties
The App does not provide developer-operated cloud storage, NAS accounts, or file relay services. The user’s device communicates directly with the NAS configured by the user. NAS availability, permissions, capacity, protocol support, server software, and server-side data practices are controlled by the user or the relevant provider.
Users should prefer HTTPS WebDAV, a VPN, or another trusted network. HTTP WebDAV is unencrypted. SMB transport encryption depends on the NAS, SMB version, and server configuration. Self-signed certificates, plaintext protocols, and public networks can increase interception or tampering risks.
5. Data and Privacy
Connection details, credentials, settings, transfer records, and caches are primarily processed on the user’s device. NAS passwords are protected by iOS Keychain or Android Keystore. See the NFM Privacy Policy for additional details.
Users should protect their devices and NAS accounts. If a device is lost, credentials are exposed, or NAS settings are abnormal, users should change credentials promptly and review access records.
6. File Operations, Cache, and Backups
Network interruption, server limits, permission changes, low storage, background restrictions, or process termination may pause or fail an operation. The App may retain resumable state or temporary files where supported, but it is not a backup service.
Users should maintain independent backups before batch, delete, move, overwrite-risk, or otherwise irreversible operations, and verify important files after a transfer completes.
7. Compression and Preview
Video compression runs on the user’s device. Output quality, duration, and compatibility depend on the source, selected settings, device codecs, and available resources. Document preview can be unavailable because of format, size, encryption, or renderer limits and is not a full replacement for native office software.
8. Updates and Termination
We may update the App for compatibility, security, and reliability. Features may change because of operating-system, store, dependency, or NAS protocol changes.
Users may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate a license for a material or persistent breach where permitted by law.
9. Disclaimers and Liability
The App is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not provide warranties beyond statutory requirements for interruptions, content changes, or data loss caused by a user’s NAS, network, third-party service, or actions.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes non-waivable consumer rights, liability for personal injury, or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where applicable law does not permit exclusion.
10. Intellectual Property and Open Source
Rights in the App’s brand, interface, and proprietary code belong to us or the relevant rights holders. Open-source components are provided under their respective licenses, which govern those components where applicable.
11. Changes and Contact
We may update this Agreement when features, law, or distribution changes. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
